XPRESS KETTLEBELL

This is a 30 minute class that focuses on the fundamentals of the kettlebell, clean and jerk, and snatch. Half an hour of fun with all the benefits.

SkipFit

A cardio, conditioning and interval training class utilizing skipping ropes. Available to all levels.

Calm

Yoga
A combination of Hatha & Ashtanga yoga. Yoga places special focus on developing strength, endurance and correct body alignment in addition to flexibility and relaxation.
Pilates
A tried and tested system of exercises that focus on the power house of all movement! The core. Great for all abilities where everyone can benefit from more efficient movement patterns.
