Alex Arries


Tim Ellerbeck

Alex studied a diploma in fitness (exercise specialist) at ETA college, and qualified as a Personal Trainer in all populations, pregnant, elderly, youth or sports specific. He is motivated as a Personal Trainer as Fitness is his passion. He is willing to work with any client that is ready to make a commitment to achieving their goal. He enjoys pushing people to reach their goals in a systematic way - the correct way. Let your fitness goals become his sense of achievement, today's actions are tomorrows results. 

Tim received his honours degree in Sport Science at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University and is currently undertaking his master's degree. He enjoys setting goals specific to a client's level of ability and over time tries to push them to the next level for a sense of accomplishment.

Tim enjoys training anyone who's prepared to put in what they expect to get out. As a national off-road triathlon representative at several World Championships, he is familiar with the level and specificity of training required for elite performance.

Carmen Buchacher

Carmen received a Diploma of Sport and Fitness Training with the German Olympic Sports Association in July 2013. Her personal training interests lie in the field of rehabilitation and return to sport.

Being an athlete herself, she can relate to athletes requirements. Fitness training and personal training for the youth, the elderly and anyone who hasn't been successful in achieving their fitness and health goals all lie within her capabilities.

Matthew Altern

Matthew studied through the International Sports Sciences Association and specialized in Strength and Sports Conditioning. He has been personal training since 2010 and fine-tuned his skills at a leading Virgin Active health club. During this time he also launched a successful outdoor gym in the Constantia region. Matthew enjoys working with a variety of clients, from those seeking sports specific conditioning, to those looking for weight loss programs and general fitness training.
